don't mind at all! i welcome the debate. although its far from making sex a non-issue ;)
ghetu, I was wondering, if I were to get married, would you accept an invitation? I mean, would you do me the honour of coming for my wedding?
And since you're such a hrd-core bong i'd invite you to my "aiburobhat".
lazarus,
i am honoured. i will surely try to come, provided i get the leave. i recently went to calcutta, so wondering if i would get a leave soon. but, yes, if it is granted, i will come. write to me at ghetufool@gmail.com and give the details.
and best wishes for the new venture in your life. love.
I agree with Scout in that it seems to be a sort of fashion statement for modern Indian women to prove how modern you are by showing off your flings and one night stands. Doesn't matter what my personal opinions are (I happen to be super conservative as far as all this goes) but I honestly believed that for most women a physical relation stems out of an emotional attachment. Unlike men. But seems like very few females think like me anymore.
M, I am super-liberal, and do not think there is anything really wrong with one-night stands. I just bemoan the lack of ANY emtion, as the article was suggesting.
that's what I meant too. besides my personal opinions that is.
