I agree with Scout in that it seems to be a sort of fashion statement for modern Indian women to prove how modern you are by showing off your flings and one night stands. Doesn't matter what my personal opinions are (I happen to be super conservative as far as all this goes) but I honestly believed that for most women a physical relation stems out of an emotional attachment. Unlike men. But seems like very few females think like me anymore.

M, I am super-liberal, and do not think there is anything really wrong with one-night stands. I just bemoan the lack of ANY emtion, as the article was suggesting.
